Super G3 Performance

The LASER CLASS® 710 offers Super G3 performance, prints incoming faxes at 19 pages per minute with 1200 dpi resolution, offers a fast 35 scans-per-minute 600 dpi scanner, and a 70 sheet document feeder. What’s more, every machine has a convenient front-access design and a FX-7 Cartridge included. The LASER CLASS® 710 comes standard with a paper capacity of 600 letter/legal sheets. Maximum paper capacity is 1100 sheets. A large memory of 512 pages (8 MB) is standard expandable to 1,500 pages (40 MB) of fax memory. A PCL 5e/6 Local Print Board and a 10/100 base-T Network Board are optional. With the optional 10/100 base-T Network Board for the LASER CLASS® 710 you gain the power of Internet FAX technology.

- Printer and Fax machine in one! The LASER CLASS® 710 has the engine of a 1200 dpi laser beam printer inside giving the device true printing capability. The LASER CLASS 710® has an optional PCL® 5e/6 printer board making it a stand-alone facsimile system and a parallel printer at the same time. The LASER CLASS® 710 can be further upgraded with the 10/100 base-T Network to become a powerful network printer and scanner. Moreover, Canon's exclusive top-loading FX-7 Cartridge and 12 hour battery backup is included with every machine.
- High Performance Networkable Multifunction Systems. Combined with the Printer Board III option, the Network Board III allows for Internet Faxing, PC Faxing, Network Scanning and Printing with 19 ppm printing, 35 spm scanning, and 1200 dpi printing resolution.
- High Quality, High Speed Output is standard on the LASER CLASS® 710. 19 page per minute printing with 1200-dpi resolution. All prints are enhanced by Automatic Image Refinement (AIR) Technology, resulting in superior image quality.
- 33.6 Kbps Dual Line Option provides twice the fax line power and performance of standard facsimile machines. Send or receieve two faxes at once, or send and receive simultaneously. Both the primary and secondary fax lines operate at 33.6 Kbps.
- Super G3 Technology featuring JBIG compression significantly reduces phone line charges by transmitting data at 33.6 Kbps, 35-scan-per-minute document scanning or 1.1 seconds per page transmission saves time and money while increasing fax productivity. Quick On-line Transmission further speeds faxing productivity by intiating the fax process and beginning document transmission as soon as the first original has been scanned.
- Productive Document Feeding via the 70-sheet Automatic document Feeder. The Dual Access feature enhances fax productivity by allowing for transmission reservation during reception and memory transmission, and memory reception and transmission while the fax is in use as a convenience copier.
- High Volume Paper Capacities The LASER CLASS® 710 comes standard with a 600 sheet paper supply and the optional paper supply raises the total to a maximum of 1,100 sheets. Two 250-sheet front-loading letter/legal cassettes, one 500 sheet letter paper tray and a 100-sheet multi-purpose tray are included. The multi-purpose tray allows for various paper sizes and types.
- Up to 1500 pages*** of document memory is optional on the LASER CLASS® 710 while a total of up to 512 pages*** is standard.
- UHQ VI Image Processing technology ensures the transmission of superior images by distinguishing between graphics and text on outgoing documents. 256-shade Grayscale and Edge Enhancement technologies transmit photos and graphics with excellent clarity.
